The British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO) and PolicyGhar are pleased to announce the launch of Investment Plans for Non-Resident Indian Physicians (NRI) in the UK. The yearly conference of the British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO) took place from October 6–8, 2023, at Manchester’s Old Trafford Cricket Ground’s Lancashire Country Cricket Club. The conference’s theme was “NHS Inequalities: Policies, Solutions & Implementation.” Throughout the day, a variety of themes were covered in the talks, such as digital health, artificial intelligence, gender imbalance in the NHS, workforce training, and empowering nurses.
The executive director of BAPIO, Prof. Parag Singhal, expressed gratitude for the inaugural event that was held at the Trafford Centre in Manchester.
